Lowongan Kerja PT Bintan Offshore April 2013, adalah sebuah Perusahaan Nasional Terkemuka multi khusus di lepas pantai dan laut yang beroperasi di Kijang, Pulau Bintan (Provinsi Kepulauan Riau). Kini mencari personil yang sangat termotivasi dan berpengalaman untuk mengisi Lowongan Kerja Terbaru April 2013 sebagai:
Responsibilities:
- Liaise with owner representative & class surveyor related to quality concepts
- Should be able to understand the General Arrangement ship building structural drawings
- Material traceability for primary structure steeland Material Receiving inspection (identification of heat no/edge preparation/grade thickness/material trace)
- Sound knowledge on Structural & welding inspection (WPS/WQT/consumables/storage/handling/weld size/weld profile/temporary attachments/panel inspection/internal, external survey/repair procedure/back gouging/buttering/NDT knowledge)
- Should be able to review Dimensional Control report
- Need to have knowledge on Vacuum test, tank air test & hydro test procedureand have knowledge on international Codes AWS D1.1/ASME Sec-IX/ABS ship building & repair rules for classification or IACS
- Should have knowledge on yard standard procedures like (Fairing/weld repair/dimension control/line heating/tack welding/distortion control/Hull quality standards etc..,)
- Able to prepare reports on daily basis after inspection completion
Requirements:
- CSWIP 3.1holder and above will be an advantage
- Experience in similar position for at least 2 (two) years
- English writing skill and verbal communication skill is a MUST
- Shipbuilding, marine and offshore construction or offshore experience will be an advantage
- Willing to be station in Kijang, Bintan Island
- Computer literate Microsoft Office and Auto CAD will be an advantage
- Degree holder in Naval Architect or Marine Engineering will be an advantage
Quality Assurance Inspector (Piping)
Responsibilities:
• Liaise with owner representative & class surveyor related to quality concepts
• Understand the drawings (Isometric/P&ID/Arrangement)
• Material Traceability for high pressure piping systems.
• Performing inspection for Piping such as Spool inspection, Line check, Leak Test Reinstatement, Insulation, Valve tag & color coding etc.., (According to ITP).
• Witnessing the leak test, flushing & chemical cleaning of pipeline for offshore systems.
• Incoming material inspection, review of MTC & acceptance on basis of relevant project contract specification.
• Ensure relevant codes like American Bureau of Shipping, ASME B31.3implementation, monitoring & reviewing quality procedure.
• Monitoring subcontractor’s work for compliance with quality requirements.
• Maintain permanent records of inspection & tests till the delivery of project or retention period agreed with company.
• Check the latest revision of drawings approved for construction, review rules, specifications and standard requirements.
• Review fabrication standard requirements and check the revisions of drawingsapproved for construction.
• Carry out receiving inspection and ensure owners materials are stored handled and stored in accordance to approved procedures or manufacturer’s instructions, also check the approval of owner on material prior to use, raise an N.C.R for any material that doesn’t confirm to specification.
