put PT. PENI as subsidiary of FPNI. FPNI was changed the name to PT.
Titan Kimia Nusantara, Tbk and PT. PENI become PT. TITAN Petrokimia
Nusantara. In July 2010, Malaysia Titan Chemical Corp was acquired by
Lotte Chemical, the core company of the Lotte Group's Chemical Division.
MECHANICAL SUPERINTENDENT (MECSUP)
The candidate should have the following criteria:
- Minimum Bachelor degree (S1) or Diploma (D3) degree majoring in Mechanical Engineering
- Having experience 10 years (S1) or 15 years (for D3) experience in Maintenance / Engineering Department preferably in petrochemical or petroleum industries.
- Strong in analyzing data of plant condition monitoring & inspection and come up with remedial measures thru corrective maintenance, review on PM and set up maintenance objectives and strategies
- Strong in design intents and assembly of core mechanics: shaft alignment, rotor balancing, piping works, mechanical measurement & gauging, and tools/power tools/jigs/fixtures
- Strong in design intents and assembly of machine elements assembly
- Strong in design intents, installation, operation, maintenance and troubleshooting of rotating equipment
- Familiar with design, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of static equipments: Boiler, heat exchanger, filter, valve, PSV, pressure vessels (column, drum, reactor, etc.)
- Strong in engineering selection and design of mechanical equipment (rotating & static), piping (hydraulic & strength) and safeguard/protection system for new or modified plant facilities
- Familiar and able to lead a team to conduct RCFA, RAM & FMEA and CMMS program
- Understands general hydrocarbon processing and petrochemical process, engineering code and standards (API, ASME & ASTM, NFPA)
- TOEFL score of Min. 450
- Fluent in English both oral and spoken
- Familiar with computer literature (MS. Office, MS. Outlook, MS Project, etc)
- Willing to work in Merak-Banten

- Male, Bachelor Degree/S1, majoring in Electrical Engineering from reputable university
- Having experience Min. 7 years in maintenance department preferably in petrochemical or petroleum industries
- Having certificate K3 Electric from Depnaker
- Having strong knowledge in analyzing data of plant condition monitoring and inspection, come up with remedial measures thru corrective maintenance, review on PM and set up maintenance objectives and strategies
- Having soft skills competency in working relationship, coaching, continues learning, contributing to team success, developing others, gaining commitment planning and organizing, work standards and technical/professional knowledge and skills
- Having good communication and team work ability
- Familiar and able to lead a team to conduct RCFA and FMEA, strong in engineering selection and design of electrical equipment (rotating & static), and safeguard system for new modified-plant facilities
- Understand and familiar with electrical code and standards: IEC. JIS, NFPA application
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- Willing to be located at Merak – Banten
