Job description:
You will be the legal representative of Gameloft studios (more than 500 talents) in Indonesia, and manage its productions covering on a wide range of platforms and technologies from feature phones to smartphones. Your responsibilities and challenges will include (but not be limited to):
1. Manage all production activities in the studio:
- Define strategy and priorities with Head Quarters, worldwide managers, and Group studio manager;
- Be the main contact for Head Quarters, worldwide managers, and Group studio manager; ensure pro-active communication with HQ and different stakeholders regarding the studio’s production;
- Implement, follow up and manage the production line-up and status;
- Make sure that different departments and programs have the best organization to cope with production challenges and targets;

2. Manage and develop the local teams:

3. Ensure efficient cost management:
- Monitor the studio budget and expenses in cost-efficient way, in line with the directions of HQ and Group studio manager;

4. Manage administrative and legal matters related to the studio.
5. Report to Group Studio Manager and HQ managers in Gameloft’s Production department.
Requirements:
- Graduated from a business or engineering school;
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in a video game industry and in a field which is close to Gameloft’s;
- Very good gaming background;
