ADIRA LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM

Development program specifically design for preparing highly potential candidates as visionary leaders in the near future. Adira Dinamika Multi Finance with its Management Trainee Program is currently looking for:

1. Male, Single
2. Age not more than 27 years old
3. Fresh graduated from reputable university (with min. GPA 3.00)
4. Or professional with less than 1 year experience
5. Fast learner, proactive, and strong analytical skill

Successful candidates will be trained in an equipped with leadership as well as various business aspects, and will be assigned in various departments before being placed in a certain position. All candidates are expected to give their best performance and to become the future leader in this company
