- Geophysicist (Staff)
- Accounting Supervisor

- DWO Administration Staff
- DWO Operation Superintendent

- SCM Supervisor
- Company Man
- Well Maintenance Staff
- University graduate with min. 15 years experience in Oil & Gas for Managerial positions, 10 years for Supervisory positions and 5 years for Staff positions
- For non staff positions : Academy graduate in related field with min. 3 years experience in Oil & Gas
- For all positions : Able to communicate well in English, and Mandarin language is advantage
