Director of Human Resources (Indonesian)
You will be the HR voice of the hotel. From business planning to team member engagement; strategy to learning and development; compensation and benefits to communication, the management team will look to you to take the lead. You will be involved in not only managing the HR function but ensuring the success of the hotel through effective business planning, talent management and performance monitoring. You will be responsible for ensuring the wellbeing of our team members throughout their Anantara journey.
Qualifications
• College degree in Human Resources or related field
• Previous experience in an HR Management role
• Strong commercial/business acumen
• Passion for leadership

Sales Manager - Jakarta Sales Office
Do you apply same amount of care to your job as you do for your hobbies? If so you are the one Anantara is looking for, as Sales Manager. You will participate in all sales activities and work in line with the sales and marketing plan for various market segments to exceed hotel revenues and targets. The scope includes promoting the hotel and Anantara brand, contracting new business and maximizing revenue for the Hotel. You are also in charge to establish outstanding relationships with corporate businesses, within local, domestic and international markets; monitor competitor activities and market intelligence; attend travel functions and sales road shows as well as organizing familarisation trips and sales trips to promote sales for the hotel and for Anantara image as a company. We will provide trainings that will equip you to be a confident Sales Manager and who can stands out in the market by having outstanding results. Our Director of Sales & Marketing will be working, coaching and supporting you to achieve what you are driving for.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field
• Pro-active, self motivated, loves challenges.
• A minimum 3 year of relevant work experience in a 5 star Hotel and with an excellent communication skills
• Possesses the ability to meet aggressive targets and work in a highly pressurized environment
• Have passion to lead and win spirit

Assistant Executive Housekeeper
The team will rely on you in the absence of the Executive Housekeeper. You will support the executive housekeeper and other cleaning supervisors in all duties of the housekeeping operation. Your responsibilities include coordinating, scheduling and supervising associates, inspect building areas for proper cleaning, and inventory of cleaning supplies. You will provide on-the-job training, coordinate the housekeeping schedule and facilitate communications among guests, housekeeping associates and other hotel managers.
Qualifications
• Bachelors Degree in Hotel Management or related field
• Significant experience in Housekeeping
• Fluency in a second language would be an advantage.
• Strong commercial/business acumen.
• Excellent leadership & administrative skills
• Highly motivated
