Responsibilities:
  • Controlling and monitoring the Finance, Accounting department and its day to day function.

Assistant to Business Development General Manager

Responsibilities:
  •     Reporting to the Business Development General Manager in Merchandise Division, you will coordinate all activities to provide timely and effective administrative and other general support duties.
  •     Handling secretarial tasks, such as preparing documents, reports and presentation materials, screening and responding to incoming correspondence, routine inquiries, and phone calls; taking minutes of meeting; maintaining office supplies or other inventory; updating databases, filling, etc.
