Responsibilities:

Controlling and monitoring the Finance, Accounting department and its day to day function.

Assistant to Business Development General Manager

Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Business Development General Manager in Merchandise Division, you will coordinate all activities to provide timely and effective administrative and other general support duties.
Handling secretarial tasks, such as preparing documents, reports and presentation materials, screening and responding to incoming correspondence, routine inquiries, and phone calls; taking minutes of meeting; maintaining office supplies or other inventory; updating databases, filling, etc.
