Then, the staff at the Aalsmeer Flower Auction prepares the necessary documentation that must accompany the flowers, coordinates insect inspection, guarantees that flowers are of consistently high quality, and, when necessary, packs the shipment according to specific instructions.

- Creative Indonesian male and female
- Has ability to work independently aboard
- Minimum SMA graduate
- Has basic computer skill
- Good command of English
- Age between 21-35 years old
- Physically & mentally fit
- Have passion to work with flowers
