PT Frina Lestari Nusantara (FLN) is a leading manufacturer of plastic and polyurethane (PU) products within Indonesia and throughout Southeast Asia. Frina Lestari Nusantara manufacturing capabilities include plastic extrusion blow molding, acrylic compression molding, plastic injection molding and polyurethane (PU) injection molding, and vacuum forming processes. These products can be further combined with metals, glass, or wood. FLN also offers additional finishing processes including automated paint line, sanding, buffing, bending, welding, and assembly to create ready-to-deliver finished products for you or your customers.


Marketing Manager ( Automotive / Non Automotive )
Cikarang (Jawa Barat) - Industrial Estate

Requirements:

  • Min. S-1 Business Management, Marketing Management, or equivalent from a reputable university
  • Have work experiences in B2B plastics business
  • Solid skill in sales and marketing activities, brand and product management, sales forecast, and on time delivery
  • Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Good leadership, fast learner, and customer oriented
Engineering Manager
Cikarang (Jawa Barat) - Industrial Estate

Requirements:
  • Min. S-1 Engineering ( Electrical, Mechanical and Industrial )
  • Innovative and creative thinking
General requirements :
  • Having experiences in 5R implementation
  • At least 5 years of working experiences ( include 3 years in managerial level ) in the same field, preferable from automotive / plastics manufacturing company
  • Good project management skill
  • Good analythical thinking and problem solving skill
  • Good communication skills in English
  • Having knowledge about ISO, preferable ISO TS 16949
  • Willing to work in Industrial Estate – Cikarang, Bekasi, Jawa Barat
