VAC3431 - Assistant General Counsel (Manager) Marketing & Sales
Field: Legal Contract Type: Full Time - Permanent
Location: Indonesia - Jakarta Closing date: 01-Aug-2013
Role purpose:

• Negotiating, structuring, and drafting agreements and/or other documents related to general terms and conditions for work unit marketing & sales: reviewing or preparing contract for auctions activities, preparing documents for tenders, preparing contract for new product
• Reviewing and verifying any agreements, and other legal documentation before DGC Marketing & Sales approval
• Ensuring transaction documents are in compliance with prevailing regulations
• Liaising with external lawyer if necessary

Experiences & qualifications:

• Min. Bachelor of Law Degree with at least 5 years experience as corporate lawyer and/or in-house counsel in multinationals and/or publicly listed corporation preferably familiar with telecommunication industry
• Skillful with company laws, banking & finance laws, investment laws, telecommunication laws, manpower laws, intellectual property laws, securities & capital market regulations
• Proficiency in English
• (Preferably) qualified to practice law in Indonesia (member of PERADI)

VAC3430 - Staff Procurement (Legal Drafter)
Field: Procurement Contract Type: Full Time - Permanent
Location: Indonesia - Jakarta Closing date: 01-Aug-2013
Role Purpose:

• Preparing the draft of Contract.
• Negotiating the term and condition of Contract with vendor.
• preparing the approval process for signing Contract.
• Reviewing and enhancing the template and terms and condition of Contract
• Facilitate vendor to inform all the contract and legal policy regarding procurement process.

Experiences & Qualifications:

• Min. Bachelor of Law Degree with at least 2 years experience as corporate lawyer and/or in-house counsel
• Familiar with company procurement activities.
• Proficiency in English

VAC3423 - Legal Counsel
Field: Legal Contract Type: Full Time - Permanent
Location: Indonesia - Jakarta Closing date: 31-Jul-2013
Role purpose:

• Assistance in negotiating, structuring, and drafting agreements and/or other documents related to areas of responsibility
• Assistance in preparing advise for senior management regarding strategic business decisions
• Assisting in ensuring operational documents needed for operational activities are in compliance to prevailing regulations
• Supporting other groups within the company in their operational activities
• Assisting Manager Legal in liaising with local and international external legal counsels as needed
• Assisting in providing legal support to subsidiaries for their corporate matters

Experiences & qualifications:

• Min. Bachelor of Law Degree with at least 2 years experience as corporate lawyer and/or in-house counsel
• Familiar with company laws, banking & finance laws, investment laws, telecommunication laws, manpower laws, intellectual property laws, securities & capital market regulations
• Proficiency in English

VAC3422 - Staff Marketing & Channel Management (Samarinda, Tarakan, Palangkaraya)
Field: Marketing & Communications Contract Type: Full Time - Permanent
Location: Indonesia - Samarinda Closing date: 21-Jun-2013
Role purpose:

• Execute marketing communication program
• Identifying and developing distribution partners
• Maintaining relationship, setting sales targets and ensuring KPI's are met for retailers
• Dealing channel management in the area and being helpdesk of sales area

Experiences & qualifications:

• Education background D3/S1, freshgraduate or have similar experience with GPA min. 2.75
• Major : Telecommunication Engineering, Informatics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information System, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, Management, Communication Science, Business Administration
• For fresh graduate: the applicant should be not more than 25 years old, and for applicant with the experience should be not more than 35 years old
• Willing to be located in Samarinda, Tarakan, and Palangkaraya
