PT Nissan Motor Indonesia is a manufacture and distributor company of “Nissan” car. Nissan as a worldwide company with Japan investment. Nissan Motor Company Ltd. Research & Development Staff


Requirement

• Willing to be trained at Thailand for several months.
• Bachelor degree from reputable university, major in Electrical, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering, with GPA min 3.00 out of 4.00.
• Preferably have experience in manufacturing (fresh graduate are welcome to apply).
• Single, 22-26 years old.
• Willing to be placed at Cikampek.
• Understand automotive parts and can read technical drawing will be an advantage.
• Fluent in English is a must, both oral and written (TOEIC score > 500).
• Have high analysis skill, good negotiation & interpersonal skill, communicative, can work under pressure.

Supply Chain Management Planning Staff

Job Description

1. Find and study the feasible cost reduction activities
2. Implement & monitor logistics cost reduction activities
3. Coordinate with related department for cost reduction activities implementation
4. Make cost reduction progress control report

Requirement

• Bachelor degree from reputable university, major in Engineering, with GPA min 3.00 out of 4.00
• Has more than 1 years experience in the same related field (Fresh graduate are welcome to apply)
• Age 22 – 27 years old
• Has good analytical thinking, logic of verbal, and good perspective
• Has good interpersonal relationship, communication skill and able to work in team
• Fluent in English is a must (both oral and written)
• Computer literate, fast learned, can work under pressure, and available work overtime

Packaging Engineering Staff

Job Description

• Engine and transmission part packaging confirmation
• Engine and transmission part packaging approval
• Packaging abnormality investigation, report and follow up
• Packaging improvement and cost reduction

Requirement

• Bachelor degree from reputable university, major in Engineering, with GPA min 3.00 out of 4.00
• Has more than 1 years experience in the same related field (Fresh graduate are welcome to apply)
• Male, Age 24 – 30 years old
• Has good analytical thinking, numerical ability, and good perspective
• Has good interpersonal relationship, communication skill and able to work in team
• Fluent in English is a must (both oral and written)
• Able to operate computer (Ms. Office, especially Ms. Excel and Ms. Word)
• Fast learned, can work under pressure, available work overtime, willing to travel, and hard working

Logistic Engineering Staff

Responsibility

• New Model Preparation and Coordination among Genba team and Engine Plant
• Rack Design and specification for Engine Plant
• Balancing MP from receiving till Supply Line
• Develop Supply System from Warehouse receiving till Supply to Engine Line (lay out, flow, MP Allocation, equipment)
• Enhance Kaizen activities for Supply process

Requirement

• Bachelor degree from reputable university, major in Engineering, with GPA min 3.00 out of 4.00
• Has min 1 year experience in the same field (fresh graduate are welcome to apply)
• Male, Single, age 24-30 years old.
• Fluent in English is a must (both oral and written).
• Have good analytical thinking, numerical ability, and good perspective.
• Have good communication skill.
• Computer literate, fast learned, can work under pressure, available work overtime, hard working.
• Have interest in automotive.

Training Staff

Job Description

o Preparing and making training
o Managing instructor
o Making training plan and annual schedule
o Preparing for improvement
o Improving shopfloor management (Genba Kanri)

Requirement

• Bachelor Degree from reputable university, major in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering, with GPA min 3.00 out of 4.00
• Male, 23 – 30 years old.
• Has 1 year experience in similar field (fresh graduate are welcome for applying)
• Able speaking in English, min passive.
• Has good interpersonal relationship, communication skill and able to work in team
• Can work underpressure, and available work overtime

Job Location: Plant (Cikampek, Jawa Barat)
