Responsibilities:

  • Main contact for customers and sales staff
  • Responsible for processing of sales orders and customer inquiries
  • Coordinate delivery of orders with warehouse
Requirements:
  • Degree or diploma in Business Administration
  • Minimum 1-2 year working experience in sales administration
  • Proficient oral communication & written in English
  • Customer & solution oriented, high initiative
  • Preferably with SAP knowledge
Marketing Executive
esponsibilities:
  • Responsible for national marketing of consumer goods division in alignment with central departments
  • Create marketing materials such as advertising, catalogues, newsletters, brochures, etc
  • Coordinate promotion, organizing event and exhibitions
Requirements:
  • Degree or diploma in Marketing or Business Management

Sales Channel Manager
Responsibilities:
  • Manage and target responsibility for up to 20 sales representatives
  • Optimize sales and profit

Requirements:
  • Degree or Diploma in Sales & Marketing

Business Analyst and Reporting Officer
Responsibilities:
  • Monitor, analyze and report key business and financial data and results
  • Provide timely and accurate input, reports, analysis and recommendations based on management’s needs and requirements
  • Manage finance related matters in forecasting and budgeting of revenue and capital/operating expenses
  • Develop variance analysis against budgets, forecasts, cost estimates and prepare related reports
  • Provide recommendation and supports efforts to minimize costs, expenses or assets
  • Yearly advertising budget control with monthly budget update/report and monthly consolidation
Requirements:
  • Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration
  • Minimum 3-4 years working experience in accounting or finance

  • Excellent in MS Office especially in Excel and SAP knowledge

Regional Brand Manager
Responsibilities:
  • Define & implement nationwide product & brand strategy for a Bosch product division in close cooperation with the central business unit
  • Ensure market conform pricing and branding strategy
  • Implementation of marketing and promotion activities
  • Close cooperation with local sales team to drive sales and ensure optimum product and margin mix
Requirements:
  • Degree in Marketing/Business Administration
  • Minimum 2-3 years experience in marketing or product management role within a MNC

  • Ability to handle complex product portfolio and work in a matrix organization

Responsibilities:

  • Minimum 2-3 years working experience in logistics company or logistics department in MNC
  • Show initiative, good team player, creditable and reliable, think interdisciplinary
  • Proficient oral communication in Bahasa Indonesia & English

Responsibilities:
  • Overall sales and distribution development – Retail Channel

Logistics Officer
Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and ensure smooth daily operations of the Logistics business
  • Monitor Logistic Service Provider performance refer to agreed KPI and implement improvement actions as appropriate
  • Prepare supporting import documents
  • Liaise with service forwarder on latest status of each shipment and daily update
Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree from Industrial Engineering / Finance
  • Minimum 5 years working experience in related fields
  • Good communication skills and leadership

  • Managing and leading the Sales Customer Service Team

Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree from Finance / Accounting, Business Administration, Economics
  • Minimum 5 years working experience in related fields
  • Good Communication skills and leadership
  • Good in operating Microsoft Office (Advanced Excel, PPT), SAP, Hyperion
  • Proficient oral communication & written in English
Financial ControllerResponsibilities:
  • Monthly reporting of actual P&L
  • Coordination of Business Plan / quarterly Forecast in alignment with department
  • Continuous evaluation of risks and opportunities against Plan / Forecast
  • Implement Internal Controls

  • Credit Management
  • Monitoring of EBIT margin
Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree from Finance / Accounting, Business Administration, Economics
  • Minimum 8 years working experience in related fields

HR Officer
Responsibilities:
  • HR Administration (recruitment & onboarding, medical, leave, attendance, employee relations, other tasks as assigned)

Requirements:
  • Bachelor Degree from reputable university, preferably majoring in Law or Psychology
  • Good understanding of HR competencies and practices
