• FastrEx is an exciting opportunity for you to develop leadership skills in your area of focus in a warehouse and distribution management environment. The main objective of this program is to provide management trainees with a broad exposure through a rotational program, building skills to allow advancement within the Company.
• Job rotation to various department or project at DHL Supply Chain Indonesia covering Business Development, Human Resources, IT, Finance, Warehouse and Distribution Operation.

Requirements :

• Indonesian citizen
• Min. fresh graduate holds Bachelor Degree/S1 from reputable University
• Max. age 27 years old GPA min. 3.00 for
• Good command of English both verbal and written
• Good organization, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Strong sense of creative, innovative, and able to think out of the box
• Cooperative, discipline, and able to work as a team
• Willing to be developed and engaged under DHL Management trainer program
