Established in 1980, PT. Indo Bharat Rayon (IBR) pioneered the production of viscose staple fibre (VSF) in Indonesia and was also the first to achieve ISO 9002 and ISO 14001 certifications as well as OEKO-TEX certification from BTTG, Europe.

Indo Bharat Rayon’s modern plant situated at Purwakarta in West Jawa, commenced commercial production in 1982 with a modest capacity of 16,500 tpa. Through strategic investments in expansion over the years, today it has an installed capacity of over 192,000 tpa and has become world’s second largest manufacturer of VSF at a single location.

Marketed under the brand name of “Birla Cellulose” the company produces a wide range of VSF in engineered specifications for textile and non-woven applications, requires persons with relevant experience for the following position:

Marketing Manager
Responsibility

• S1 graduated for manager
• 3-5 years experience for manager
• Conversant with marketing fiber rayon for manager

Mechanical Manager
Responsibility

• Design, detailing & Installation of Mechanical Installations & Piping; while building safety & reliability into the installations.
• Conversant six sigma and World Class Manufacturing (WCM).

Electrical Manager
Responsibility

• Design, Installation & commissioning of all electrical items.

Instrumentation Manager
Responsibility

• Design, Installation & Commissioning of control logic, loops, field Instruments & DCS

Process Manager
Responsibility

• Assist in Basic & Detailed Engineering, SOP's preparation & Commissioning
• Incorporate best-in-class practices & new technologies in process design & execution for better process efficiencies, reliability & safety.

Managers general requirements :

• S1 /S2 in respective engineering discipline from leading Institutes & reputed Universities in Indonesia
• Established credentials & track record of accomplishments
• 4 – 10 years experience in global chemical & petrochemical companies
• Knowledge of English + Bahasa Indonesia is essential.
• Familiar with computer & the programs Linkages

Marketing Staff
Requirement

• Fresh Graduate S1 Textile
• Minimum GPA 2.75 (from scale 4)

Accounting Staff
Requirement

• Fresh Graduate S1 / S2 major in Accounting from reputable University
• Minimum GPA 3.00 (from scale 4)

Engineer
Requirement

• Fresh Graduate (S1) Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, and Electrical Engineering and Instrumentation Eng (Teknik Fisika Instrumentasi) from reputable University.
• Minimum GPA 2.75 (from scale 4).
