Accounting Officer
Jakarta Raya - Cakung

Requirements:

• Female or Male, not older than 28 years old
• Bachelor or Diploma degree majoring in Accounting from reputable university or institute with GPA min 2,75)
• 1 year relevant work experience (Fresh graduate are welcome)
• Proficiency in english and computer literate
• Very attentive to details
• Good communicator, good initiative, self motivated and reliable
• Prioritized for Candidates who has domicile in Jakarta Utara (Gn. Sahari, Ancol, Pademangan, Pangeran Jayakarta) or Jakarta Pusat (Senen, Galur, Cempaka Putih).

Training and Development Officer (Technical)
Jakarta Utara (Jakarta Raya) - Cakung - Cilincing

Responsibilities:

• Conduct for training process
• Evaluation for training program
• Initiates and compile training program
• Create and developing modules

Requirements:

• Male With Max 35 age years old
• Bachelor degree from Education Mechanical engineering & Electrical engineering
• Minimum 2 years experience handling training and employee development program,
• Min 1 years working experience in teaching or training areas (Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply)
• Interest in developing people and excel in delivering management skill subject (leadership, coaching counseling, communication, motivation, etc)
• Good communication skill as well as interpersonal skill
• Good interest analysis
• Willing to travel

Instructor Specialist For Soft Skill
Jakarta Utara (Jakarta Raya) - Cakung - Cilincing

Responsibilities:

• Designing and developing training and development programmes based on both the organisation's and the individual's needs
• Deliver training about soft skill (Service Excellence, Leadership, Officer Development, 7 Habits of Higly Efective Peoples, etc) and another training material
• Able to develop training module, training need analysis, and conduct training
• Evaluating training and development programmes

Requirements:

• Male
• Max age 35 years old
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies or equivalent.
• Has min 3 years experience in training area is a must
• Exceptional communication skills, with strong interpersonal and presentation skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and multi-tasking environment

Responsibilities:

• Admin Officer Trainee; As a trainee to become a good Admin function holder, execute mixed function among Accounting, Finance, HR, and GA function. Become counselor for Branch manager deciding rules policy, man power and others strategic plan.

Responsibilities:
Service Officer Trainee; As a trainee to become a good service function holder ; Maintain customers satisfactions by managing the best after sales strategy in service function ; collaborate with technical support function (Mechanic);
Placement at Branch Office / Site (80% outdoor and 20% indoor)

Parts Officer Trainee; As a trainee to become a good parts function holder ; maintain good supply chain management; inventory turnover analyst; warehousing management; collaborate with service function in case of parts availability;
Placement at Branch Office / Site / Consignment (50% outdoor and 50% indoor)

Responsibilities:

• Handling payroll process for INTA Group employees
• Handling monthly employees income tax calculation (PPh21)
• Cordinate with Tax department for report related to payroll calculation
• (We provide employees transportation Bus for Bekasi, Cililitan, Mangga 2, kemayoran, Grogol directions)

Requirements:

• Male/Female
• Max age 30 years old
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Law or equivalent (Tax).
• Required skill(s): payroll administration, tax computations, PPh 21.
